An emphatic, re-sounding word of thanks to Warren Herman of French Auto Centre. Since owning Corsa bakkie, engine has had very noisy tappets along with intermittent peculiar engine knocking sound. Seeing that need to travel long distance fairly soon, approached Warren on his opinion. Warren drove it into his Montague Gardens workshop inspected vehicle, receiving a fully comprehensive fault report that same morning.(Monday) Accepted quotation, (thanks for discount) and received it back yesterday. The result is absolutely astounding, engine is now completely quiet, and now drives even more remarkably. Hi Warren, Just a little something for your coffee break to thank you for being so patient with me on Monday, and for helping me so tirelessly! I am very happy with the service that I received from you guys – from Mathilda, who went out of her way to assist me on the day that my car displayed the warning message, right through to when I collected my car – always with a smile. Pieter impressed me tremendously – not only because he actually diagnosed the fault with my roof (that Peugeot could not do), but also because he made a list of everything else that needs attention – Peugeot has also never done that before. You guys could easily have carried out only what my car was booked in for, but you chose to walk the extra mile by giving me a complete, thorough inspection & update – this is highly commendable!

I am officially impressed 😉 Lastly – yourself: thank you, thank you, thank you. Not once did you show irritation or try to fob me off when I needed help. (I prefer NOT to know about afterwards, LOL!) You addressed every concern I raised and went beyond the call of duty to help me immediately. (Halfway home my engine started smoking severely and I pulled off the road as soon as I could. Just after I messaged you however, a kind gentleman stopped to help and he reckons there may have been some oil spillage on the engine that may have caused the smoke. Hi Mathilda – Hiermee jou beloofde sjokolade – jammer dit het op die ou einde so lank gevat, LOL! Soos ek gesê het, is hierdie net iets klein om te sê BAIE DANKIE dat jy my ingedruk daardie dag toe my kar die “error message” gegee het. Ek was erg benoud en is ongelooflik dankbaar dat jy vir my ‘n plan gemaak het en my nie summier weggestuur het nie.
